April 4, 2017 – The China Fund, Inc. (NYSE: CHN) (the “Fund”) announced today the results of its Annual Stockholders Meeting held on March 28, 2017. The Fund’s stockholders elected William C. Kirby and Linda C. Coughlin to three-year terms, expiring in 2020.
